Ribbon noodles are a classic side for goulash, roasts and creamy mushroom or meat sauces, and they also go into noodle bakes. Allergens: gluten (wheat), egg. As with any pasta, use plenty of salted boiling water and toss it with the sauce straight after draining. The exact time can vary slightly with the water and the pot, so it is worth tasting a piece a minute before the end. Bernbacher is a Bavarian family pasta maker founded in Munich in 1898 and now based in Hohenbrunn.
