🥃 Cîroc Apple
Apple-flavoured Cîroc vodka with light vanilla notes, 37.5% ABV (75 proof) per Difford's Guide; released in November 2015.
Cîroc Apple is the apple line of flavoured vodkas from the Cîroc brand. According to Difford's Guide, it was released in November 2015. The vodka has an apple taste with faint vanilla notes. Its strength is 37.5% ABV (75 proof), the same as Cîroc Pineapple.
According to the official Cîroc website, all Cîroc vodkas are made from French grapes and distilled five times, so the base is grape spirit and the apple taste is added separately. A Difford's Guide taster noticed green apple skin and a light creamy vanilla in the aroma, and described the taste as slightly sweet and fresh, with a herbal finish. This is the view of one review.
Why this matters to you. Apple and Pineapple have the same strength but different flavours, while Peach and Red Berry come in weaker 35% versions. Check the percentage on the label and compare with the classic Cîroc at 40% ABV. The WHO reminds us that there is no safe level of alcohol consumption.
