Pyriatyn Processed Cheeses come in film, cups and foil: Yantarnyi, Vershkovyi, Korol Syriv, Yantar with mushrooms or ham, Ukrainskyi.

Pyriatyn Processed Cheeses is the processed cheese range of the Pyriatyn cheese plant of the Milk Alliance group. Processed cheese is made by melting rennet cheese with emulsifying salts into a smooth mass.

The range includes Yantarnyi (50%), Vershkovyi (45% and 50%), Korol Syriv with a baked-milk flavour and aroma (38–50%), Yantar with mushroom pieces, Yantar with ham, and Ukrainskyi (38%). The percentages are fat in dry matter. Formats: blocks in film of 100–330 g, 90 g plastic cups and 70 g foil portions.

How to use: on sandwiches and toast, for cheese soups, sauces and bakes. The spreadable cheeses in cups are easy to spread, while the blocks can be grated or sliced. Keep opened packs in the fridge. The page Processed cheeses and cheese products explains how processed cheese differs from cheese products.
