Belvedere Organic Infusions is a line of organic flavored vodkas from the Belvedere brand. According to Cocktails Distilled, it was introduced in 2021 as the brand’s first certified organic spirits. The line has three versions: Lemon & Basil, Pear & Ginger and Blackberry & Lemongrass, each at 40% ABV.
The base is organic vodka made from rye distillate and water, and the flavor comes from organic fruit, herbs and extracts. Lemon & Basil combines lemon and basil with elderflower, Pear & Ginger uses pear and ginger with linden honey, and Blackberry & Lemongrass uses blackberry and lemongrass with sage. The nutrition page lists exactly these ingredients. As a flavored spirit, its taste is defined not only by the rye.
