Lubella Mini Kółka

Lubella Mini Kółka is small dry soup pasta (pastina) made by the Polish brand Lubella. The product belongs to the Lubella Mini range.

Ingredients: wheat pasta flour. Protein: 13 g per 100 g.

Small shapes like this are cooked in broth or in vegetable and legume soups and are often given to children. Allergens: gluten (wheat). May contain traces of egg and soy. Small pasta is usually tipped straight into boiling broth or soup and cooked in it until tender. A common rule is about one litre of water and 7–10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Lubella is a Polish brand from Lublin that grew out of an 1881 steam mill; it has made pasta since 1963 and has belonged to the Maspex Group since 2003.
