Dos Hombres Reposado is the second tequila of the Dos Hombres brand, an aged version of Dos Hombres Blanco. It was announced in April 2026 together with the blanco; Luxe Digital reported its US release in September. Its strength is 40 % ABV, according to The Spirits Business.
The base is the same: 100% blue agave, the Tequilera Tap distillery (NOM 1614) in Amatitán, Jalisco, and master distiller Julio Cova. The tequila matures for about four months in bourbon barrels from the Four Roses distillery in Kentucky; according to Luxe Digital, that is three months in first-fill barrels plus 30 days in steel tanks. For the reposado class, the Mexican standard requires at least two months in oak.
Why it matters to you. Compared with Dos Hombres Blanco, the bourbon barrels add vanilla and softness, but the aging is short, so the agave stays in front. The brand promises an añejo in 2027. WHO reminds us: there is no safe dose of alcohol.
