The agave is the same as in Silver: blue Weber agave distilled in Jalisco. It is then aged in a mix of new and used charred oak barrels, American, French and Hungarian, according to the brand's description. The taste is described as cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and a light agave note. The extra añejo class in NOM-006-SCFI-2012 requires a minimum of three years.
