Filiz Sebzeli

Filiz Sebzeli is the vegetable range of the Turkish brand Filiz; sebzeli means "with vegetables" in Turkish. Spinach and tomato powders are added to the dough, so the pasta is green and red. Like the rest of Filiz pasta, it is made from Turkish durum wheat.
The range has a single format, sebzeli burgu: spirals similar to fusilli. The coloured spirals hold sauce well and suit pasta salads.
