Lubella Muszelki is short shell-shaped dry pasta made by the Polish brand Lubella. The product belongs to the Lubella Klasyczny range.

The hollow cups scoop up sauce, peas or pieces of meat, so the shape works with ragù and creamy sauces. Classic dishes for this shape: Bolognese sauce. Allergens: gluten (wheat). May contain traces of soy. As with any pasta, use plenty of salted boiling water and toss it with the sauce straight after draining. A common rule is about one litre of water and 7–10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Lubella is a Polish brand from Lublin that grew out of an 1881 steam mill; it has made pasta since 1963 and has belonged to the Maspex Group since 2003.
