Mini Caprice

Cheese range ✔ Checked: 10.2026 · sources: 2 Updated:

Mini Caprice is the Caprice des Dieux range of 50 g portion cheeses: a soft bloomy-rind cheese made from milk and cream.

Mini Caprice is the range of small portion cheeses from Caprice des Dieux, a brand of the Savencia group. It is the same soft bloomy-rind cheese with a creamy taste as the large Caprice des Dieux, but in 50 g pieces.

The recipe is unchanged: French milk, cream, salt and lactic cultures. The cheese has a thin white rind and a fresh, melting centre. It belongs to the soft cheeses with a bloomy rind, like Brie and Camembert, but has a milder taste.

Mini Caprice is sold in a 3×50 g carton (150 g) and in nets of 4 and 6 pieces (200 and 300 g). The brand presents it as a snack for children and adults alike.

The portion format is handy for school, work or a picnic; the small cheese can also be served whole on a cheese board or baked in the oven. Keep it in the fridge in its original pack until the date on the label.
