Lubella Gniazda Wstążki

Lubella Gniazda Wstążki is dry durum wheat pasta in ribbons rolled into nests made by the Polish brand Lubella. The product belongs to the Lubella Klasyczny range.

Ingredients: wheat pasta flour. Protein: 13 g per 100 g.

Ribbons are the traditional partner of slow-cooked meat ragù, mushroom sauces and butter-based dressings. Classic dishes for this shape: Bolognese sauce. Allergens: gluten (wheat). May contain traces of soy. As with any pasta, use plenty of salted boiling water and toss it with the sauce straight after draining. A common rule is about one litre of water and 7–10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Lubella is a Polish brand from Lublin that grew out of an 1881 steam mill; it has made pasta since 1963 and has belonged to the Maspex Group since 2003.
