Panzani Les 3 Minutes
Panzani range of quick-cooking dry pasta from French wheat: slightly thinner shapes such as spaghetti, penne, farfalle and coquillettes that cook in about 3 minutes.
Panzani Les 3 Minutes is Panzani's quick-cooking dry pasta range. It has 11 products: spaghetti, flat spaghetti, tagliatelle, serpentini, coudes rayés, penne, macaroni, farfalle, torti, coquillettes and torti coloured with tomato and spinach.
The pasta cooks in about 3 minutes because the dough is a few millimetres thinner than classic Panzani pasta. According to the official site, the ingredient list is unchanged from the classic range, so the pasta is still made from wheat and water; products with the logo use 100% French durum wheat. Panzani says the shorter cooking uses up to 70% less energy than a 10-minute classic pasta (excluding the time to bring water to the boil), and that the range has Nutri-Score A.
The range is aimed at quick everyday meals and families short of time. Thinner pasta overcooks faster, so it is best drained right on time. Les 3 Minutes belongs to dry durum wheat pasta.
