Verrigni Aromi e Sapori is a line of flavoured dry pasta from Antico Pastificio Rosetano. The base is the same as in the company's plain pasta: semolina from Italian durum wheat and water. Chopped natural flavouring ingredients are worked into the dough; Verrigni stresses that it uses only natural aromas.
The online shop lists four products: Spaghetti al nero di seppia (with cuttlefish ink), Spaghetti al peperoncino (with chilli), Spaghetti aglio e peperoncino (with garlic and chilli) and Linguina al limone (lemon linguine). The black spaghetti, for example, contain durum wheat semolina, water and cuttlefish ink, and the semolina is milled in Italy.
