Banza Brown Rice Pasta
Banza's gluten-free dry pasta made from brown rice and chickpeas: penne, elbows, rotini and spaghetti.
Banza Brown Rice Pasta is the brand's second gluten-free line. It is made from just two ingredients, brown rice and chickpeas, and like the chickpea range it is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. The brand describes it as pasta with a classic taste and an al dente texture for people who avoid gluten.
There are four shapes: penne, elbows (macaroni), rotini (similar to fusilli) and spaghetti, also sold together as a variety pack. Penne cooks for 11–13 minutes at a simmer, stirring frequently. The same brown rice pasta is used in the brand's brown rice mac and cheese.
