Garofalo La Giostra dei Bambini
Garofalo children's range: organic soup pasta from Italian durum wheat semolina in two shapes, Anistelle and Pazzielle.
Garofalo La Giostra dei Bambini ("the children's merry-go-round") is Garofalo's range for children. It is fully organic: according to the official site, the pasta is made from organic semolina of Italian durum wheat.
The range has two soup pasta shapes, small pasta for broths and soups: Anistelle (No. 2-36) and Pazzielle (No. 2-33). They are playful little shapes, close to classic stelline. Like Garofalo's other soup pasta, they can be cooked in broth or served with a light sauce.
Garofalo presents the range as food for growing children and stresses the organic raw material and the Italian origin of the grain. It is ordinary egg-free durum wheat dry pasta, only in small shapes made for children.
The range suits children's soups, broths and simple dishes with butter or tomato sauce.
