Ingredients of the Gouda version according to the maker: Gouda (35%) and cheese (33%), water, butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifying salts (sodium citrates), milk protein, salt, citric acid, carotene colour and lecithin as a release agent between slices. No flavourings are added. Fat is 45% in dry matter; 100 g provide 327 kcal and 25 g of fat. Microbial rennet is used, so the product suits vegetarians; it is gluten-free.
