ALB-GOLD Bio Kid's Pasta

ALB-GOLD Bio Kid's Pasta is organic shaped pasta for children that ALB-GOLD makes in Trochtelfingen on the Swabian Jura. According to the official shop, Kid's Pasta is made from organic durum wheat semolina without added egg; semolina is the only ingredient. It is therefore a dry durum wheat pasta, also suitable for vegan cooking.

Each variety has its own theme. Kid's Pasta Farm has pigs, sheep, horses, cows, hens and roosters; Kid's Pasta Ocean has sea creatures; Kid's Pasta Safari has savanna animals; Kid's Pasta Dinos has dinosaurs. The pasta is sold in brightly printed 300 g cartons. The shop's themed sets also include seasonal organic shapes such as Huhn & Hahn for Easter, tooth-shaped Zahn Pasta, Glücksschweinchen (lucky pigs) and others.

The children's pasta cooks in 9–10 minutes. The shop suggests serving it with fresh vegetables, fish or meat; recipes include dinosaurs with ham and cheese sauce and safari pasta with red pesto. The raw material comes from EU agriculture, and the products are certified by DE-ÖKO-006. The spelt version, Bio Dinkel Kid's Pasta Zoo, belongs to the ALB-GOLD Bio Dinkel Pasta line.
