ALB-GOLD Bio Glutenfreie Pasta is the organic gluten-free pasta of ALB-GOLD from Trochtelfingen on the Swabian Jura. According to the official shop, these noodles are made without binders or additives; they have a natural taste and hold their shape well when cooked. The line includes buckwheat fusilli, penne and spaghetti (with a nutty taste and dark colour), maize and rice fusilli and spaghetti, brown rice penne, chickpea fusilli and red lentil fusilli. The buckwheat penne, for example, contain only buckwheat flour and cook in 8 minutes. There is also a gluten-free children's shape, Bio Kinder Nudeln DINOSaurier.
The products are certified by DE-ÖKO-006. This pasta is for people with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance, and for anyone who wants to vary their menu with pulse and other flours.
