Gallo Ensaladas

Gallo Ensaladas is the pasta salad range of Pastas Gallo. According to the official site it is made from exclusive durum wheat varieties and dried by a special process, so that after cooking it keeps a firm, pleasant texture even when eaten cold hours later. The maker sums it up as pasta that stays «as if freshly made».
The range has six products. Five carry tomato and spinach in their names: Hélices, Hélices integrales (wholegrain), Plumas (penne), Pajaritas (bow ties, like farfalle) and Margaritas (daisy shapes) «con tomate y espinacas». The sixth is Hélices Gourmet Tomates y Albahaca, with tomato and basil. The site does not give percentages of vegetables.
