Gallo Rellena is the filled pasta range of Pastas Gallo. According to the official site it combines a dough of wheat semolina with fillings of meat, cheese or potato. The site lists it within the brand's dry pasta range, and advises keeping the pack in the fridge once opened and eating it within the time printed on it.
The range has six products: Tortellini de carne (meat) and Tortellini de queso (cheese), the larger Gran tortellini de queso and Gran Tortelloni de carne, Ravioli de carne and dry potato gnocchi (Ñoquis de patata). The site gives no full ingredient lists or cooking times and says only that the dish is ready in a few minutes.
The pasta can be served with a sauce, added to broth or baked au gratin.
