Misko Trikolore
Misko's three-colour pasta of durum wheat semolina with tomato and spinach: trivelaki, penne rigate and cheese tortellini.
Misko Trikolore is the three-colour range of the Greek brand Misko. Tomato and spinach are added to durum wheat semolina and water, so some of the pasta is red, some green and some keeps its natural yellow colour.
There are three items: trivelaki, small spirals similar to fusilli (cook 11–13 minutes), penne rigate (10–12 minutes) and tortellini with cheeses (13–14 minutes).
Coloured pasta works well in salads, bakes and dishes cooked for children. It contains gluten, like any durum wheat pasta.
