There are ten items: spaghetti No6 (11–13 minutes), spaghettini No10 (6–8 minutes), pastitsio No2, linguine (7–9 minutes), penne rigate, trivelaki, spirals similar to fusilli, rigatoni, kritharaki similar to orzo, kofto, and wholegrain tortellini with cheeses (15–16 minutes).
The range is for people who want more whole grain in their diet. It contains gluten, like any wheat pasta.
