Makarony Polskie Abak
Makarony Polskie's rolled egg pasta brand from the Częstochowa plant: krajanka noodles, ribbons and threads with hen's or quail eggs.
Makarony Polskie Abak is the Makarony Polskie brand of rolled egg pasta. It comes from Abak of Częstochowa, a maker of rolled soup noodles that joined the group in 2007 and since 2008 has operated as the company's Częstochowa plant.
Rolled pasta is not pressed through a die but rolled into sheets and cut, like home-made noodles. The range includes egg krajanka and ribbons in 200 g packs, thin niteczki with 4 eggs from barn-housed hens recommended for broth, 2- and 5-egg pasta, and krajanka and ribbons with quail eggs.
They are mainly soup noodles; the ribbons also suit other dishes.
