PastaDC Pasta fresca ripiena is the fresh filled pasta line of PastaDC, an artisan pasta maker in Campofilone in the province of Fermo (Marche, Italy). The products are made with the fresh egg pasta dough on which the company's whole output is based.
The line includes meat tortellini, meat cappelletti – regular and the smaller mignon size – cappelletti with prosciutto crudo, and several kinds of ravioli: with meat, with ricotta and spinach, with meat, truffle and mushrooms, and with ricotta, radicchio and walnuts.
Tortellini and cappelletti are traditionally cooked in meat broth or served with cream and meat sauces, while ravioli go well with butter and sage or light tomato sauces. The filled pasta is sold in PastaDC's own shops in Porto San Giorgio. The brand's other lines are PastaDC Pasta fresca and PastaDC Pasta secca all'uovo.
