Spinosi Freschi ripieni is the fresh filled pasta line of Spinosi, the Campofilone egg pasta maker. The official site describes the dough as egg pasta and lists the filling of each product; full ingredient lists are on the individual product pages.
Ravioli come with ricotta and spinach, spinach, meat, pumpkin, or Monteo cheese and porcini. Raviolini are filled with radicchio and ricotta or with meat. Meat fillings are also used for mezzelune, fagottini, tortellini and cappelletti, the last two also in a smaller “mignon” size. The line further includes pasta reale and potato gnocchi, as well as stuffed Ascoli olives and fried cremini, which are not pasta.
Unlike the company's dried products, these are fresh pasta. Tortellini and cappelletti are traditionally served in broth, while ravioli go with butter and sage, tomato or meat sauce.
