Family pasta maker from Predazzo in the Fiemme Valley, Trentino, founded in 1908, producing dry pasta from durum wheat, emmer and KAMUT® wheat.

Felicetti is a family pasta maker from Predazzo in the Fiemme Valley, in the Dolomites of Trentino, at more than 1,000 metres above sea level. In 1908 the building contractor Valentino Felicetti bought the "Prima Fabbrica Fiemmese di Paste Alimentari", the valley's first pasta factory, from Luigi Giacomelli. At the time all the work was done by hand, and the factory was powered by water from the mountain rivers.

In 1945 the wooden factory was destroyed by fire, but it was rebuilt in less than nine months. In 1974 Valentino Felicetti, the founder's grandson, bought the larger Pastificio Cielo in Rovereto and moved its machinery to Predazzo. Since 1995 the company has been run by three cousins, and today the fifth generation of the family works in it. In 2022 a new 16,200 m² plant opened in Molina di Fiemme; the company's own solar and cogeneration plants supply more than 90% of the energy it uses.

According to the company, four production lines make over 60 tonnes of pasta a day in about a hundred shapes, exported to Germany, Benelux, the UK, Canada, the USA, the UAE, Korea, Japan and Australia. The dough is made from semolina and mountain spring water.

The range is mostly dry durum wheat pasta: Felicetti Original (including wholegrain), the egg pasta Felicetti Original Egg, the organic Felicetti Organic from durum wheat and emmer, the organic Felicetti KAMUT from khorasan wheat, the flavoured Felicetti Special and the Monograno Felicetti line (since 2004), with pasta from a single grain of a single origin.
