Monograno Felicetti is a line launched by Felicetti of the Fiemme Valley, Trentino, in 2004. Each type is made from organic semolina of a single grain variety of a single origin, grown on selected plots, and water.

The line has four groups. Il Cappelli is Italian durum wheat of the Senatore Cappelli variety from the Murgia area of Apulia: spaghetti, spaghettini, spaghettoni, linguine, paccheri rigati, penne rigate, pennoni, mezze maniche, spiralotti, pacòte and the house shape Il Valentino. Matt is durum wheat from Apulia: square spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghettoni, eliche, fusilloni, smooth penne, penne ritorte, sedani, pache, conchiglioni and egg tagliatelle with organic eggs (28%). KAMUT® is organic khorasan wheat from the Canadian province of Saskatchewan: spaghetti, linguine, penne, rigatoni, fusilli, chiocciole and tagliatelle. Farro (emmer, Triticum dicoccum) comes from Umbria: spaghetti, linguine, ditalini, penne, rigatini and fusilli.

It is dry pasta from durum wheat and ancient grains whose taste depends on the variety and growing area, aimed at both home and restaurant kitchens.
