Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a 15-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park, which Edrington added to the permanent range in September 2021. Its strength is 44 % ABV. It is bottled in a ceramic bottle made by the British firm Wade Ceramics, modelled on the old clay vessels of the distillery.
According to Just Drinks, the whisky matures mainly in first-fill European oak casks seasoned with sherry, with American oak casks added. Drinks Adventures adds that a small share of refill casks gives a light peat smoke and fruitiness.
