Lubella's wholegrain dry pasta range made from wholegrain wheat pasta flour: spaghetti, penne, spirals, nests and bows.
Lubella Pełne Ziarno is Lubella's wholegrain dry pasta range. It is made from wholegrain wheat pasta flour, milled from the whole kernel with its bran and germ. The pasta is therefore darker and richer in minerals: per the table on the website, 100 g of dry spaghetti contains 16 g of protein and 3.9 g of fibre, as well as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese.
The range has six products: spaghetti, penne (pióra), spirals (świdry, similar to fusilli), ribbon nests, bows (farfalle) and Świdry z Orkiszem with added spelt. The spaghetti cooks in 8–10 minutes in 1 litre of water per 100 g.
The range is for people who want more whole grain in their diet. Like any wheat pasta it contains gluten.
