🧀 Granarolo Accadì
Granarolo Accadì is Granarolo's range of lactose-free fresh cheeses — mozzarella, ricotta, stracchino and mascarpone made from cow's milk.
Granarolo Accadì is Granarolo's lactose-free dairy range, part of its Granarolo Benessere line. The cheese section contains fresh cow's milk cheeses: mozzarella, ricotta, stracchino and mascarpone.
In lactose-free cheeses the milk sugar is split by the enzyme lactase into glucose and galactose, so they suit people with lactose intolerance and usually taste slightly sweeter. They are fresh, unripened cheeses: keep them in the fridge and eat them by the date on the pack.
Besides cheese, the Accadì range includes lactose-free milk, cream and yoghurt, plus an Accadì Plus version.
How to use: mozzarella on pizza and in caprese, ricotta in fillings and baking, stracchino on sandwiches, mascarpone in tiramisu and creams.
