A Champagne house in Dizy founded, according to the house, in 1798 in Châlons-sur-Marne; known for its numbered 700-series cuvées.

Jacquesson is a Champagne house in Dizy near Épernay. According to the house, it was founded in 1798 in Châlons-sur-Marne by Claude and Memmie Jacquesson. In the 19th century Adolphe Jacquesson patented, in 1844, the wire cage that holds the cork and is still used today (the muselet); the cellar master of the time, Johann Joseph Krug, later founded his own house. In 1924 the house was acquired by the de Tassigny family; in 1974 the Chiquet family took it over and moved it to Dizy. At the end of 2022 it joined the Artémis Domaines group.

According to the house, its main wines are the numbered cuvées of the 700 series, which began with Cuvée 728. Each is built around the harvest of one year with reserve wines: for Cuvée 749 (2021) the house gives about 72 % of the grapes from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon and 28 % from Avize and Oiry, plus 28 % reserve wines; it was vinified and matured in vats without filtering or fining. Cuvée 744 (2016) is labelled Dégorgement tardif: it aged 92 months on the lees and was disgorged in February 2025. The house also issues single-plot wines from Dizy (Corne Bautray, Terres Rouges), Avize (Champ Caïn) and Aÿ (Vauzelle Terme).

Champagne is a wine with a protected designation of origin (PDO). According to the Comité Champagne, the wine ferments a second time in the bottle and matures on the lees for at least 15 months, and for vintage cuvées at least three years. Jacquesson is a brand; Champagne is the name of a place. The WHO reminds that there is no safe amount of alcohol that does not affect health.
