Valfleuri Com'O Jardin

Valfleuri Com'O Jardin is the line Valfleuri launched in 2024 to bring its most popular vegetable recipes together under one name. The base is French durum wheat semolina with dried vegetables or pulse flour added; there is no egg in the recipe (traces possible).

Examples from the range: Pat'atouille — a ratatouille-style vegetable pasta that won the ARIA innovation award in 2012; Pat'animo — animal shapes with carrot, peas and spinach (10% dried vegetables); Torti'color — two-coloured serpentini with carrot and beetroot; Perles tomates — small tomato pearls; and Tendr'épices — a speciality with 33% red lentil flour, cumin, paprika and coriander.

Most pastas in the line cook in 3 to 5 minutes. For the lentil version the maker suggests a quick pan-fry in butter or coconut oil after boiling for a crisp finish, with no soaking or long cooking of lentils. The line is aimed at salads, pan dishes and sides for fish, poultry and vegetables, and at people who want to eat more vegetables and pulses.
