Granoro organic dry pasta from durum wheat semolina grown by Italian organic farming, certified by ICEA.

Granoro Bio is Granoro's organic dry pasta. The company has made organic pasta since 1998, when it launched the BioGranoro line from 100% organic wheat.

The ingredients are semolina from durum wheat 100% grown in Italy by organic farming, and water. The site names the wheat varieties Grecale, Iride, Simeto and Sargolla and the growing regions, mainly Apulia, Basilicata and Sicily. The semolina must be golden yellow with a high protein content. The whole supply chain is certified by the Italian body ICEA, and the pack carries the EU organic logo.

The range has seven formats in 500 g packs: spaghetti no. 12, penne rigate no. 43, mezze penne rigate no. 106, fusilli no. 100, farfalle no. 198, elicoidali no. 23 and the small rosmarino no. 69.

This dry durum wheat pasta is for people who choose organic food: the wheat is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, and the formats cover the main everyday dishes. The wholegrain version is the Bio Integrale range.
