Ingredients: durum wheat semolina and eggs (31.7%); the product contains gluten and may contain traces of mustard and soy. The maker says the dough is made with fresh eggs and Italian semolina.
The range has five ribbon shapes, each in a 250 g pack and cooked in 5 minutes: tagliolini, the thinnest; tagliatelle of balanced width; tagliatelle ricce with wavy edges; fettuccine of medium width; and pappardelle, the widest. Protein is given as 16 g per 100 g.
Tagliolini suit delicate sauces, tagliatelle and fettuccine creamy sauces and meat ragù, and pappardelle robust sauces such as game ragù.
As egg pasta, this range is not Pasta di Gragnano PGI, which covers pasta made of semolina and water.
