French dry pasta brand whose Grenoble pasta factory dates from 1871; the Lustucru name dates from 1911, and since 2002 the dry pasta business has belonged to Pastacorp.

Lustucru is a French brand of dry pasta; its products include egg pasta and coquillettes. According to the brand, its history goes back to 1871, when Louis Cartier-Milon bought a small pasta factory in Grenoble. The Lustucru name dates from 1911: Albert Cartier-Milon launched a poster competition, the artist Synave won it with a poster of a pasta box painted with a blue checkerboard, and the name Lustucru arose the same day. In 1921 half of the factory's pasta carried the Pèr'Lustucru brand (fresh eggs) and half the Mèr'Michel brand (without egg); after the First World War Pèr'Lustucru became simply Lustucru. In 1971 the company Rivoire & Carret Lustucru was created and a new factory was built at Ourscamp in the Oise. In 2002 the fresh pasta and rice activities were sold (the brand says they are now held by the Spanish group Ebro Puleva) and the company Pastacorp was created to keep the dry pasta business under the Lustucru brand.

For its coquillettes the brand states that the wheat is grown in the Beauce and Normandy and milled into semolina in Rouen. The egg pasta uses fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in Hauts-de-France (13.5% in the coquillettes).

The website lists four ranges: Aux œufs frais (egg pasta), Classiques, 3 Minutes (quick-cooking) and Aromatisées (flavoured coquillettes, launched in 2026). Shapes include coquillettes, collerettes, torsades, macaroni and long and short spaghetti. In 2022 the brand launched Les Bonnes Pâtes Françaises with 100% paper packaging.
