Faella's line of special Pasta di Gragnano IGP shapes in hand-packed paper bags: paccheri, calamarata, scialatielli and cavatelli.

Faella Linea Premium is the special-shapes line of the Faella pasta factory in Gragnano. The company calls it "Pasta di Gragnano IGP Premium": it stands out for its special shapes and for hand packing in paper bags with brass eyelets. The ingredients are semolina from 100% Italian durum wheat and Lattari Mountains water; the dough is extruded through bronze dies and dried slowly below 48 °C for up to 60 hours.

The line includes paccheri and mezzi paccheri, scialatielli, fusilloni, calamarata, gnocchi napoletani, rigatoni and mezzi rigatoni, ridged and smooth pennoni, penne candele, candele tagliate, lumaconi, the new cavatelli rigati, conchiglioni and lasagne sheets. There are also paccheri made from the historic Italian wheat variety Senatore Cappelli. According to the product page, paccheri cook in 15 minutes in plenty of water – 7 litres per kilogram of pasta.

The large shapes in this line suit Neapolitan cooking: paccheri with ragù or seafood, calamarata with squid, scialatielli with seafood sauces, lasagne and baked pasta.
