Pastificio Gentile's children's line from Gragnano: small organic pasta shapes – letters, pipe rigate, wheels, pennette and fusilli.
Gentile Pappa & Pomodoro is the children's line of Pastificio Gentile in Gragnano. The maker says it created the line especially for children: small pasta shapes made with organic Senatore Cappelli wheat, drawn through bronze dies and dried following the Cirillo method. The labels list organic durum wheat semolina and water.
There are five shapes, each in a 250 g pack and cooked in 6 minutes: le letterine (alphabet letters), le pipe rigate, le ruote (wheels), le pennette and i fusilli.
