Delverde Classic Range

Delverde Classic Range is the Delverde brand's second large dry pasta range, presented on the company's English-language site alongside the premium range. Its core is durum wheat semolina pasta; the spaghetti cook in 11 minutes.
The range has five groups. The semolina pasta group has about 27 shapes: spaghetti, spaghettini, linguine, capellini, fusilli Extra Sugo, eliche, tortiglioni, farfalle, penne, conchiglie, rigatoni and the heart-shaped Cuori. Tricolour eliche and farfalle are coloured with dehydrated tomato (0.9%) and spinach (0.6%) and cook in 9 minutes. There are also wholegrain spaghettini, eliche and penne, nests of capellini and fettuccine, and among the specialties semolina cannelloni and lasagne sheets, egg lasagne and potato gnocchi.
This range has more oven formats and coloured shapes than Pasta di Semola. The official site does not explain how the production of the Classic Range differs from the premium range, so it is best to compare them by the ingredients on the pack.
