Delverde's core range of dry pasta made from durum wheat semolina and spring water: 46 long, short and soup shapes.

Delverde Pasta di Semola is the core dry pasta range of the Delverde brand. According to the official site, the recipe is simple: durum wheat semolina and water. The semolina is selected from grain mainly from Italy and also from other countries, and the water comes from the spring of the Verde river next to the factory in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo.

The pasta is shaped by rough extrusion and dried slowly at low temperatures. The producer says this gives good cooking performance, a firm texture and an al dente bite.

The range has 46 shapes. Long ones include spaghetti, spaghettini, capellini, bucatini, linguine and square spaghettone; short ones include penne, fusilli, farfalle, rigatoni, tortiglioni, sedani and conchiglie; there are also small soup shapes such as stelline, acini di pepe and filini. The spaghetti cook in 11 minutes, and 100 g of dry pasta contain 14 g of protein.

This is everyday dry durum wheat pasta for tomato, vegetable and cream sauces, soups and baked dishes.
