Sorrentino i Sempre in tavola BIO
Pastificio Sorrentino's organic short pasta from Italian semolina: penne, rigatoni, tortiglioni, ziti and tubetti.
Sorrentino i Sempre in tavola BIO is the organic counterpart of Pastificio Sorrentino's everyday short pasta. It is dry durum wheat pasta made from organic semolina; unlike the PGI range of the same name, it is not labelled Pasta di Gragnano PGI.
The range has 11 shapes: penne rigate, penne lisce and pennette, tortiglioni, tubetti, ziti, zitoni and occhi di lupo (10 minutes each), rigatoni and mezze maniche (12 minutes), and pasta mista for soups (7 minutes).
These are versatile shapes for home cooking: with tomato or vegetable sauces, ragù, baked pasta and soups with pulses.
The range belongs to "L'Anima di Grano", the organic family of Pastificio Sorrentino in Gragnano: semolina from durum wheat grown organically in Italy, certified by ICEA and traceable "from the land to the table", bronze dies and slow drying at low temperature.
