Rustichella d'Abruzzo Pasta all'Uovo is the brand's egg pasta. According to the ingredient list on the official shop, the dough is made from durum wheat semolina and eggs, which account for 31.7% in the tagliatelle. Since 2020 egg pasta and large shapes have been made in a new plant that combines the traditional method with digital process control.

The online shop divides the line into several groups: Le Rustichelle, Matassine (nests), short shapes, specials, pastine, 'distese a mano' (hand-rolled) pasta, Sapori della Natura and lasagne. Products include tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine, tagliolini, paglia e fieno, bavettine, garganelli, farfalle, rigatoni, penne ricce, mezze maniche, capelli d'angelo, quadrucci and lasagne sheets, as well as laganelle flavoured with lemon, truffle or saffron.
