Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour è la versione base dello scotch single malt Highland Park, delle isole Orcadi. La gradazione è di 40 % vol. e l'età di almeno 12 anni. Secondo Difford's Guide, la distilleria iniziò a imbottigliare in proprio il 12 anni nel 1979.
Il whisky invecchia soprattutto in botti di rovere europeo e americano già usate per lo sherry. Una parte dell'orzo maltato viene essiccata sulla torba di erica locale, quindi il fumo è leggero. Nel 2017 la linea ha preso il nome Viking Honour e una bottiglia nuova in rilievo con motivi di una chiesa norvegese in legno; secondo SLTN, il whisky in sé non è cambiato.
